Case study on an individual Union Modernisation Fund (UMF) round two project. It sought to address the under-representation of women in key branch and regional union positions in PCS Wales with a mentoring programme, including accredited training and personal development. Mentoring and leadership skills would enhance and develop existing skill levels among current women reps.
