This Memorandum of Understanding is about how His Majesty The King and His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales make tax payments.

The Memorandum has been updated following the change of reign in 2022. The arrangements outlined in this new Memorandum have the same effect as those for the previous Monarch and Prince of Wales.
