This memorandum of understanding (MoU) sets out the functions of the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) and the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) in its function as the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) and is a statement of intent as to the framework of communication, cooperation and exchange of information between the parties.
