Memorandum of understanding between BEIS and UKAS

The relationship between the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) and the UK Accreditation Service (UKAS).



Memorandum of understanding explaining how BEIS and UKAS will work together to maintain and promote a strong national accreditation service in the UK.

It also establishes the terms under which UKAS may operate in the private sector.
