Details
Analytical report: the net present value of further education provides estimates of the economic return from qualifications in further education using the most recent data on labour market outcomes. This economic return is known as the net present value (NPV).
The annex contains the:
- key model inputs including achievement rates, costs and guided learning hours for classroom-based provision and off-the-job training hours for apprenticeships
- report tables
Analytical report: returns to further education by prior NEET status provides employment and wage returns for further education learners who were not in employment, education or training (NEET) in the year before their training. The analysis uses the same data as the original report.
Measuring the net present value of further education 2018 to 2019 is also available.
