Independent Consultancy

Paddy McGuinness sought the Committee’s advice on forming an independent consultancy and taking up commissions with Glasswall Solutions Limited and Brunswick Group LLP. The letter containing the Committee’s consideration and the conditions imposed on the commissions was sent in September 2018 and the commissions were taken up in November.

Baroness Liddell recused herself from this application.
