Details

This paper sets out the government’s strategy for supporting colleges and training providers to meet the staffing challenges facing them. The main objective is to improve the quality of leadership, teaching and learning in further education so that:

  • more young people can reach their potential
  • more adults can leave further education with the skills they need to find work or progress in education and careers
