The commission prepared a draft order under section 80(2) of the Charities Act which would have the effect of appointing interim trustees of the charity, due to there being no properly appointed trustees.

There were representations about the proposed appointments and therefore the commission conducted a decision review under its review procedures.

The reviewer considered the representations and the basis for the decision and concluded that the order should be made.
