This report provides an update on the current state of the Marine Protected Area network established under the Marine and Coastal Access Act. It sets out our progress in establishing the network since 2012 and our future plans.
This report was laid in parliament on 17 December 2018, pursuant to Section 124 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009.
