1. How to make a payment
Payment may be made online by either debit or credit card. The Marine Management Organisation accepts payment by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB.
Payment for self-service licenses will only be accepted when made by credit or debit card. Payment will be prompted automatically at the appropriate stage of the online application process. Payments must NOT be made by BACS. Any BACS payments for self-service will be returned and no licence will be issued.
Payment may be made by cheque, made out for the full amount to us.

It is essential that BACS payments can be identified before we can begin processing your application. Please ensure that you instruct your bank to label your BACS payments with an identifier in the following format: name followed by the payment reference and works description.
For example: Mr Smith Consulting - P/MMO/MLA/… – Construction of jetty at Poole.
