Making the Client and Cost Management System (CCMS) mandatory

This further contract waiver confirms that CCMS must be used from 1 February 2016 for Special Children Act Cases and from 1 April 2016 for all other new Licensed Work cases.

Details

Each civil legal aid organisation will be sent a further formal contract waiver 18 December 2015. This confirms that CCMS must be used from 1 February 2016 for Special Children Act Cases and from 1 April 2016 for all other new Licensed Work cases.
