This publication aims to make the commercial terms of all government land and property sales more transparent. Following a government review into how such information could be made more transparent, this publication is intended to give greater assurance to the taxpayer that government is delivering value for money for the public purse in its land disposals. It aims to make information on all disposals more accessible.
