Details

A request for information was made about the planned Lowestoft Third Crossing and the present Bascule Bridge. In response, Highways England explained that it could not disclose the requested information, which was being withheld under the provisions of Section 12 of the Act because the estimated cost of compiling the request would exceed £450.
