Decision of the Charity Commission published on 12 August 2011.

The charity’s swimming pool was no longer needed once a municipal swimming pool was built on other land. The commission made a draft scheme to allow the trustee to sell the property belonging to the charity and say how the money from the sale would be used.

On reviewing representations made about the draft scheme, the commission asked the trustees for further information about the proposals, then decided to make the scheme, with some amendments.
