Details

The Minister of State for Housing and Planning, Matthew Pennycook MP, has written to the Planning Inspectorate to set out that government intends to revoke the Duty to Co-operate for the current plan-making system. He has also made clear that local planning authorities should continue to collaborate across their boundaries, including on unmet development needs from neighbouring areas.
