Details
The panel of experts will act as a forum for the new train operator, Northern Trains Ltd. They will advise on strategy and emerging plans for the new rail franchise.
Transport for the North will continue to co-manage the franchise and monitor performance alongside the Department for Transport through the Rail North Partnership.
