Details

This publication is an evaluation of the Local Digital programme from 2018 to 2024/25. It sets out findings on:

• how the programme was delivered
• the outcomes achieved to date
• an assessment of its value for money
• lessons learned to inform future digital interventions in local government

The report draws on a range of qualitative and quantitative evidence and is intended to support policymakers, practitioners and stakeholders with an interest in local digital transformation.
