The Environment Agency has received an application to vary an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 involving substantial change to a permit from Ultimate Demolition and Construction Service Limited.

Application is to vary from the standard rules SR 2008 no 11, which was superseded by SR2022 no 1. The site cannot meet the requirements of SR2022 no 1 and requires the change from the SR 2008 no 11 to a bespoke equivalent. They application will not change EWC codes of tonnages and these will be based on the expired SR 2008 no 11. A Dust Emissions Management Plan has been submitted for assessment to ensure the risk of dust is assessed.
