The Environment Agency has received a new bespoke application for an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010 from Egdon Resources UK Limited. Egdon Resources UK Limited has also made a separate application for a standard rules permit SR2014no4 for accumulation and disposal of radioactive waste from the NORM industrial activity of the production of oil and gas. We are not inviting comments on this application for a standard rules permit.
