2. Information on users (anonymised)

  • gender
  • age
  • ethnicity
  • disability
  • postcode
  • travel data
  • number of new joiners (over a set time period)

3.  Events (adult and children / young people)

  • number of events
  • type of events [related to the 7 Outcomes]
  • number of attendees
  • postcode of attendees
  • adult / child split (if applicable)

4. Visits

  • number of physical visits (to a library)
  • number of virtual visits (to the library service)
  • number of outreach visits (for the library service)
  • what do users do during their interaction with the library service (differentiated by physical, outreach and virtual visits)

6.  Volunteers
