This report concerns an inquiry into proposed modifications to orders which are required to carry out work on an Lincoln east to west link road. The new road scheme would:
- provide a new east to west highway link between High Street and Canwick Road in Lincoln
- connect the new highway link to the existing highway system
- make improvements to other existing highways
The report contains the inspector’s recommendations for modifying the orders.
The Secretary of State for Transport responded to the inspector’s report on 11 June 2014.
