There are 5 versions of this form:

  1. is to claim for graduated fees
  2. is to claim for fixed fees
  3. is to claim a special preparation fee
  4. is to claim for an interim disbursement
  5. must be sent in addition to making a claim for graduated fees using Crown Court Litigator Fee (CCLF) online

  1. Amendment to the LU1 form clarifying that claims submitted without a completed LU1 form will be rejected.

  2. Unused Material claim form and revised Special Preparation form published.

  3. Version 4 of the Special Preparation form has been removed to reflect that the LGFS PPE threshold has changed back to 10,000 pages.
