Details
We have relied on section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 as compliance with the request would exceed the 18 hour cost limit. We have provided advice and assistance to the requester to enable him to clarify / narrow the request.
The request was:
‘Can you indicate how many times in the last 12 months NHS bodies (any body that you have interacted with), have given you any indication that they may take a legal opinion on advice or requirements you have made of them.’
