Details

It is intended as a reference for those responsible for conducting judicial inquiries into circumstances leading to death.

It also provides information that supports the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Coroners’ Society of England and Wales (dated March 2019) and the three Accident Investigation Branches that cover air, rail and marine transport.
