A discharge shall only be made to the receiving waters when flows arriving at the sewage pumping station are in excess of 70l/s and a storm tank capacity of 265 cubic metres has been fully utilised and/or the release of sewage in an emergency as a result of failure or breakdown of the sewage pumping station. The sewage pumping station will be fitted with the following mitigation measures: Duty/Standby pumps; 24 hour telemetry to notify Operator of failure or breakdown; Tanker access provided; mobile generator point; storage capacity of 265 cubic metres
