Details

A child rights impact assessment (CRIA) looks at how a proposed law, policy or decision might affect children’s human rights. It’s based on the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.

This CRIA was done to find ways to reduce the negative effects and increase the positive effects of the Law Enforcement Data Service on children.
