Details

Shortlisted bidders will be emailed details of the process for submitting due diligence information. Due diligence submissions must be completed and returned to the Homes and Communities Agency by 31 October 2014.

Shortlisted projects have to undergo a due diligence process and it is expected that funding allocations to projects will be announced from spring 2015, with work restarting on sites across the country from March 2015. We will be working with those shortlisted schemes to progress through due diligence and, if successful, aim to have initial contracts in place by February 2015.

Any enquiries should be emailed to LSIP@hca.gsi.gov.uk.
