     Updated the 'Details' section to say you can now apply online for mobile plant for landspreading - deployment, and mobile plant for land treatment - deployment.

     We have reloaded Form LPD1 due to an error in the first cell in Table B2.1.

     Removed from the Details section of the webpage: ' We will accept applications using LPD1 version 3 until 19 August 2022 while you update your systems and processes. After that date, please use LPD1 version 4.'

Apply online

Planning permission

Waste operations, including some mobile plant deployments, may need planning permission. For example, you may need it for some types of storage, like lagoons. Your local planning authority can advise.
