Details
This document provides generic land value estimates for different land uses across England for use in policy appraisal. It presents estimates for ‘typical’ sites across residential, industrial, office, retail, distribution, agricultural and car park land uses.
Actual land values can vary widely depending on local site characteristics and valuation assumptions. These estimates do not represent market values and should not be used for purposes other than policy appraisal.
