The Environment Agency has received an application to vary an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 involving substantial change to a permit from Angus Fire Limited.

Variation is to add an effluent treatment plant for treatment of surface waters containing PFAS.
Note that the current permit has this activity referenced as S4.7 Part A(1)(b) - this is incorrect and should have been updated when references were changed in EPR2016.
