Details

The Deputy Traffic Commissioner made orders to:

• revoke the operator licence held by Kent Haulage Limited with effect from 18th October 2019
• disqualify Danny Peale for a period of 3 years with effect from 18th October 2019 from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence or being the director of any company holding or obtaining such a licence

The decision was made on 30th September 2019.
