Details
The Judicial Pension Scheme (JPS) resource accounts 2016 to 2017 were laid in Parliament on Thursday 13 July 2017.
Judicial pension arrangements are contracted out of the State Second Pension.
The JPS comprises unfunded, salary-related, occupational pension schemes open to members of the salaried and fee-paid Judiciary.
These financial statements have been laid before Parliament in accordance with the Government Resources and Accounts Act 2000, chapter 20, Section 6 (4).
