In previous versions of JSP 403 Volume 4 was a “Glossary of terms and definitions” which included abbreviations. Now definitions and abbreviations have been incorporated into Volume 1 Part 1 at “Annex D: Lexicon” and “Annex E: Acronyms and Abbreviations”.

JSP (Joint Service Publication) 403 volume 4 provides a glossary of range safety terms and definitions and also lists the abbreviations used in the other volumes. It is intended as a reference tool for the better understanding of range safety policy, regulations and procedures.
