John Richard Killen has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is to vary licence serial number 16/52/003/S/003 which authorises the abstraction of water from the North Mills Brook at Barcroft Hall, Petherton, Somerset at National Grid References ST 42920 17800 and ST 43058 18201.
The variation applied for is to increase daily and annual abstraction quantities as follows for the purpose of make-up or top-up water:
- 19 cubic metres an hour
- 120 cubic metres a day
- 8,000 cubic metres a year
- between 1 April and 31 March inclusive in each year.
