When you claim JSA or Universal Credit because you are unemployed and expected to look for work, there are a range of schemes available to you.

These schemes are designed to develop your skills and experience to help you find work. Your work coach may refer you to these schemes.

These guides give information about the different schemes, including what we expect you to do when you are on one.
