Civil Service Employee Policy holds overall responsibility for the integrity of job evaluation and grading support (JEGS). This includes:

  • maintaining and developing the methodology in consultation with Towers Watson – who own the copyright to the software
  • overseeing training standards
  • giving advice and guidance on standards of application and good practice in JEGS and job evaluation generally
