JGA Ltd trading as Progress Minded has surrendered its status as an Ofqual-recognised awarding organisation.
JGA Ltd trading as Progress Minded informed Ofqual in September 2025 of its intention to surrender recognition. JGA Ltd trading as Progress Minded has moved its regulated provision to a newly recognised awarding organisation called Progress Minded Limited, trading as Progress Minded Assessments.
The surrender took effect as of 27 October 2025.
