- apply undertakings to any licence granted to Darren Powell as detailed in the Written Decision
- grant the application made by Darren Powell for 2 vehicles and 2 trailers, the granting comes with a warning as detailed in the Written Decision
- allow withdrawal of application at public inquiry of application made by Kyle Morgan Transport Ltd
