Details

The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:

  • record the following undertakings on the operator licence held by James Executive Travel Ltd 1. PMIs will be no more than 4 weekly; and, 2. rolling road brake tests will be conducted at least every alternate PMI
  • reduce authority from 10 to 8 discs from 23:59 on 9 November 2018 until 00:01 on 12 November 2018
  • revoke the operator licence held by Robert Alan Giles with immediate effect
