J & V Casey and Son Limited has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.

The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.

The application is to vary licence serial number 4/30/10/*S/0149 which authorises the abstraction of water from surface water from the West Fen Catchwater at National Grid Reference TF 22297 55426.

The variation applied for is to change the location of their abstraction points and change the abstraction reach on the waterbody. The applicant has also applied for the removal of a Hands off Level condition from the existing licence. All other parts of the licence will remain the same.
