The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:
- revoke the operator licence held by JA Dickie Truckin Ltd
- disqualify J A Dicke Truckin Ltd for a period of 10 years from applying or holding an operator’s licence in this or any traffic area
- disqualify John McCormack for a period of 10 years from applying or holding an operator’s licence in this or any traffic area
- disqualify James Angus Dickie for a period of 4 years from applying or holding an operator’s licence in this or any traffic area
- disqualify Thomas Malcolm for life from applying or holding an operator’s licence in this or any traffic area
- disqualify Arlene Dunleavy for a period of 5 years from applying or holding an operator’s licence in this or any traffic area
- disqualify John McCormack as a transport manager for a period of 5 years
- disqualify James Angus Dickie as a transport manager for a period of 4 years
The decision was made on 29 November 2018 and will take effect from 23:59 on 3 December 2018
