When: until further notice.

We are currently experiencing frequently fluctuating river levels downstream of Islip Lock until further notice. Please ensure you read the inverted gauge boards immediately downstream of the lock before attempting to navigate underneath Islip footbridge. If necessary remain on the landing stage or 48 hour mooring until there is sufficient air draft for your vessel. Contact River Inspector Ian Cook on 07920 087741 for assistance.
