Referral to the Secretary of State for Health was made by Ealing Council Health and Adult Social Services Standing Scrutiny Panel. The proposed changes relate to services provided by Central Middlesex Hospital, Charing Cross Hospital, Chelsea & Westminster Hospital, Ealing Hospital, Hammersmith Hospital, Hillingdon Hospital, Northwick Park Hospital, St Mary’s Hospital and West Middlesex Hospital.
