Iron and steel pipe and tube fittings, originating in Malaysia, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Korea and Turkey (Anti-Dumping Duty 2329)

Continuing Anti-Dumping Duty, on imports of certain tube and pipe fittings, of iron and steel, originating in Malaysia, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Korea and repealing measures for Turkey.

The Commission has advised by Council Implementing Regulation 2019/566, OJ L99, that anti-dumping duty will continue, unchanged, for a further five years on imports of tube and pipe fittings (other than cast fittings, flanges and threaded fittings), of iron and steel (not including stainless steel), with a greatest external diameter not exceeding 609.6 mm, of a kind used for butt-welding or other purposes, originating in Malaysia, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Korea. Anti-dumping measures on the product originating in Turkey are repealed and proceedings are terminated.

This regulation takes effect from 11 April 2019.
