The Environment Agency has received a new bespoke application for an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 from Sizewell C Limited.

Works (whether temporary or permanent) in, over, or within 8 metres of the Theberton watercourse, which is a tributary of the Minsmere River.
Description of activity
The installation of a permanent sandbagged headwall, a permanent portal culvert, a permanent Public Right of Way (PRoW) footbridge, a permanent PRoW footpath, a permanent surface water attenuation basin and a permanent new connection into the main river for a diverted drainage channel during the construction of the Sizewell Link Road (SLR).
