Description of activity
The operator has requested a date extension from the currently permitted end date of the 23rd January 2027 to the 30th June 2027 for all permit activities relating to construction of a footbridge crossing (Bridleway 19) within 8 metres and/or the fluvial floodplain of the Leiston Drain, Suffolk. These works involve temporary ground raising to form a piling platform, temporary dewatering, temporary silt curtains and security fencing plus scour protection measures. All other aspects of the permitted activities remain unchanged.
