The Environment Agency has received a variation application for an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 from Sizewell C Limited.

Description of activity
The operator has requested a date extension from the currently permitted end date of the 31st December 2025 to the 31st December 2027 for all permit activities relating to vegetation and water vole clearance, temporary access tracks, security fencing and unexploded ordnance (UXO) survey and removal, respectively. All other aspects of the permitted activities remain unchanged.
