Investigation of citric acid consigned from Cambodia (Anti-Dumping Duty 2294)

Terminating the circumvention investigation concerning citric acid consigned from Cambodia and ceasing the registration of imports of the product.

The Commission has published Regulation (EU) No 2018/1236 OJ ref. L231 that terminates, without measure, the circumvention investigation concerning citric acid (including citrate dehydrate), consigned from Cambodia. Registration of imports of citric acid consigned from Cambodia will cease.

This regulation takes effect from 15 September 2018.
