Following the judgement of the Court of Justice of the EU, in cases T-460/14 & C-144/18P the Commission is re-opening the anti-dumping investigation concerning sweetcorn. The re-opening is limited to the implementation of the Court judgement, concerning River Kwai International Food Industry Co. Ltd. (A791).
From 28 March 2019 the Anti-Dumping Duty rate for additional code A791 has been set at 12.8% and this will continue until the outcome of the re-opened investigation is determined.
