This form is used to apply for an international plate for a trailer (VTG6A) which states the maximum load weight a trailer can carry.

Please read the notes on the form before completing your application and only use this form for trailer plates.

For motor vehicle plates please use the ‘International plate for a motor vehicle application form (VTG101)’.
